From building a content culture to nurturing leads.
The collaboration started with strategic consulting for Caverion's marketing leadership, moving from there toward planned, ongoing content marketing. As part of the process, we also mapped out tools and the digital ecosystem. The goal was to involve experts across the whole company — from product development to sales — more broadly in content production. At the same time, we began using data more systematically in marketing.
Content production kicked off with a series of workshops of varying length with Caverion's team, defining content needs and target audiences. These workshops ensured that customer needs and Caverion's messaging aligned in the marketing. Afterward, we began structuring content production systematically into a publishing calendar, so the right content would reach the right people at the right time.
Caverion's people contributed strongly through expert interviews, which became the basis for blog posts, lead magnets, videos, and sales-support materials.
A second marketing focus was collecting marketing data in a form that both marketing and sales could fully use. We implemented HubSpot to capture and nurture leads, enabling precise tracking of both marketing and sales.
Sales and marketing collaboration has also been strengthened by jointly developing digital and traditional sales materials. Caverion's sales team now has more impactful materials to address customers' full range of needs.
Alongside ongoing content marketing, we've also helped Caverion craft more compelling stories about new services and concepts — told through video, landing pages, and keynote presentations.
