THE STORY

A new kind of luxury real estate agency

Liebe was founded with a clear ambition: to build a new kind of luxury real estate agency, where specialist knowledge and transparency come first. An agency that documents rather than postulates - and that opens both its process and its pricing for clients to see.

That ambition placed two demands on the digital side. The identity had to reflect a property category defined by architecture, history, and cultural weight - not by standardised sales tactics. And the website had to carry the knowledge Liebe builds its position on: market analyses, articles, podcast episodes, and transparent pricing models, woven into the property experience rather than tacked on as separate add-ons.

THE SOLUTION

A digital universe built on knowledge, transparency, and craft

We built liebe.dk in Webflow as one coherent design system with a warm, editorial tone - black backgrounds, terracotta accents, serif typography, and a visual rhythm closer to a magazine than to a traditional real estate site. The Liebe heart mark, the manifesto, and small graphic signatures tie the universe together across every page.

The structure takes its cue directly from Liebe's three values: knowledge that can be documented, transparency that can be seen, and action that can be felt. To carry it, we built six custom templates — homepage, property listings, property detail, knowledge hub, article, and a flexible section template reused across Manifesto, Fees, Prisformel™, Off-market Sales, Sales Valuation, and Marketing. The result is one consistent experience across the site, and the freedom for Liebe to launch new sections without developer time.

To support the knowledge foundation, we built a dedicated knowledge hub with four categorised content formats. Podcast, market analyses, articles, and news - surfaced both on the homepage and on the /viden landing, and integrated into property and section pages where relevant. Combined with custom-built elements like the Prisformel™ page, Liebe's buyer registry, the off-market sales flow, and the marketing process section, Liebe now has a website where every claim about transparency and specialist knowledge is backed by concrete, clickable proof.

THE RESULT

A foundation built to carry a new real estate category

Liebe launched with a digital identity that sets it apart from the rest of the Danish real estate industry, and that delivers on its promise to be the agency where specialist knowledge and transparency come first. From the opening line "The greatest luxury is knowing where you stand" to the integrated knowledge sections, the site signals a fundamentally different approach than what is standard in the market.

The four knowledge formats let Liebe publish continuously - podcast episodes, market analyses like the 120-day study, interviews with luxury property buyers, and articles on everything from price-per-square-metre to fee transparency - without disrupting the property experience. This creates a distinctive content track that differentiates Liebe in search results, in press coverage, and in the client's evaluation of who to choose as advisor for a high-value property. At the same time, transparent pages like Fees and Prisformel™ give Liebe something concrete to point to when clients ask why, instead of just reassuring them that.

With six custom templates, a flexible section template, and a unified CMS setup, Liebe has a digital foundation that scales with the business. New offices (Aalborg, Aarhus, Odense, and Copenhagen), new property categories, new content formats, and larger campaign universes like Ebeltoft Havnefront all fit within the same visual identity, without the brand getting lost along the way.
