What makes us different as a workplace

Own Your Impact. We move fast. Good ideas are tested, not debated in endless meetings. We value progress over perfection and would rather learn from a calculated risk than stagnate by overthinking. Responsibility isn’t tied to seniority; it’s earned through initiative. We trust you to deliver.
Stronger Together. We are a tight-knit local community with a global reach. We collaborate seamlessly with our colleagues in Denmark, Finland and Germany, but we also lean on each other for support. We share knowledge openly and celebrate each other's wins.
Stay Curious. The digital world never stands still, and neither do we. Growth is our default state. We encourage you to ask questions, challenge old ways of thinking, and explore new technologies and ideas. Your personal development fuels our collective success.

Proffesionalism
We take our craft seriously - not because someone tells us to, but because we're motivated by quality. Whether you're writing ad copy, building strategies, or leading clients, we expect focus, accountability, and pride in the outcome. Professionalism for us means reliability, clarity, and being someone others can count on.

Development
We expect people to grow, and we do everything we can to support that growth. Your development isn't passive; it's active, built into how we work. Whether you're presenting to a client or shadowing a senior colleague, every week includes learning opportunities that move you forward.

Meet our people

We believe in showing, not telling. That’s why we highlight real people, with real backgrounds and real journeys, so you can understand who we are through their voices - not just ours.

Each story is presented as a blog-style feature, where the person introduces themselves and shares answers to key questions about their experience. These are not scripted testimonials, but honest, direct reflections.

Anel Mušanović

Some of my favorite moments are when we get to work across offices. Every project is a chance to learn something new. Recently, I teamed up with our Helsinki colleagues on a project for one of the biggest automotive brands, and it was a great reminder of what we can achieve together. Different perspectives came together and turned into something bigger than any of us could have done alone - and that mix of ideas and skills is exactly what keeps the work exciting for me.

Milica Lisičić

Working here has been a journey of growth and learning, with new challenges daily that push me to think differently and expand my skills. Surrounded by talented colleagues from various countries, I’ve gained new perspectives and continuously evolved, encouraged by a culture of curiosity, collaboration, and improvement.

Miloš Tripić

For me, the most important aspect is the opportunity to work with many talented and passionate people. Even if you're not learning from someone directly, their example can inspire you to grow in your own field. I also appreciate that there's room to grow and carve out your own path. Feedback is generally welcomed and encouraged, which helps the company stay adaptable and open to change for the better.

Hana Tica

Working with Projecter deepened my interest in marketing. You expand your knowledge through huge international clients and meet them in person. Projecter colleagues go out of their way to help you learn and develop, with great organizational skills to top it off. You’re also part of a team that makes you feel socially included, even when you don’t see each other often. When you do, your workflow improves. A huge perk of my job is that my team always has my back, which motivates me to grow and contribute more. It’s a working environment I’d wish for anyone. Einfach spitze!

Your Career and Growth at Obsidian

Experience growth by embracing our "stay curious" mindset and solving compelling challenges for Europe's most ambitious brands. Our team brings excellence to the table because we are inspired by our mission to deliver measurable impact. If you're excited to grow and own your results, your next role could be waiting for you.
How you'll grow and make an impact

At Obsidian, continuous development is a core part of our culture. Our performance framework is built on our quarterly review process - a structured, transparent dialogue designed to support your growth. By focusing on how you can grow, we ensure you have a clear path for advancement. We think of impact in two key ways: what you deliver (Execution) and how you deliver it (Communication).

Our program is designed to support you by:

  • Giving you structured time to set and reflect on your goals.
  • Driving your growth through continuous, actionable feedback.
  • Creating clear ownership and expectations for your role.
The skills that unlock your Growth
Your career path is defined by mastering skills across three core areas:
Own your impact
(Execution & Strategy)
This is the "what" you deliver. We value a results-driven mindset and true ownership. You’ll grow by moving from mastering your tasks and ensuring quality to managing entire cases, budgets, and client outcomes, and finally to leading complex strategies that align with a client's core business objectives.
Stronger together
(Communication & Collaboration)
This is the "how" you achieve results. We value clear, structured, and professional communication that builds trust. Growth here means proactively aligning with clients and internal teams, sharing knowledge effectively, and, as you advance, mentoring junior colleagues to help them succeed.
Stay curious
(Development & Expertise)
This is the "why" that fuels your journey. We measure your drive to master your vertical, explore new tools, and contribute to innovation. This is how you build deep subject expertise, advance internal knowledge, and prove you're ready for the next step.
Find Your Path to Leadership and Expertise
Building a strong foundation of skills is only one part of the equation. Making them happen unlocks your potential for outsized impact. Once you have reached the Senior levels, our framework empowers you to channel your impact into the path that best aligns with your strengths and unique ambitions:
Leadership Track
For those who excel at team management, people development, and organizational building.
Specialist Track
For those driven by technical excellence, advanced tools, and deep subject expertise.
Client Management Track
For those who thrive on strategic advisory, commercial growth, and high-level relationship building.

Building a culture of belonging

We are committed to creating a workplace where people feel safe to speak up, take risks, and be their authentic selves without fear of judgment or exclusion. We believe that better ideas, stronger innovation, and happier teams come from a diversity of perspectives.

Supporting you inside and outside of work

We believe high performance is only sustainable when people feel supported - not just as employees, but as individuals. While we share a group culture, our Balkan teams have their own rhythm and benefits.

Here’s what you can expect when joining us locally:
Compensation & perks
  • Competitive salary tailored to experience and impact
  • Private health insurance after 18 months of employment (covering spouses too)
  • Fully paid sick leave to support recovery without stress
  • Paid paternity leave: Family matters. Every new father is eligible for four weeks of fully paid leave to focus on what matters most during those first precious weeks.
  • FitPass co-financing: We co-finance your membership, giving you access to sports facilities across the country.
Culture & connection
  • Monthly office activities and spontaneous team events
  • Getaway trips - for team building, perspective shifts, and sometimes just fun
  • Sports and wellness initiatives like padel, volleyball, and basketball, organized by the Social Team in Banja Luka
  • Flexible work framework: we encourage office presence to fuel collaboration, but support remote work when needed. Balance is a dialogue, not a rule.

Our Approach to Hiring

While there’s no single “Obsidian profile,” we find that people who succeed and are happy here share a few key traits. They have:

  • A drive to learn
You're genuinely curious about the digital world and always looking for ways to improve.
  • A collaborative spirit
You take ownership of your work while instinctively helping those around you succeed.
  • A problem-solving mindset
You approach challenges with a practical, creative, and proactive attitude.

We respect your time and energy

and that starts from your first interaction with us.

When you apply

Black arrow pointing to the right.

We love applications that show originality and personality. Don’t just tell us what you can do — show us. Concrete examples of your achievements, projects, or creative solutions make a big impression and help us see how you think and work.

What we look for

Black arrow pointing to the right.

We look for people who are both skilled and collaborative. People who can take ownership of their work while lifting others up. People who care about getting things right — and helping others succeed along the way. There’s no single “Obsidian profile,” but we tend to value applicants who:

  • Bring a genuine interest in digital marketing and stay curious about new trends
  • Are open-minded and comfortable working with different cultures, disciplines, and perspectives
  • Take initiative and responsibility without losing sight of the team
  • Approach problems practically and creatively
  • Communicate clearly across disciplines or cultures
  • Are curious and generous in sharing knowledge

If you can show us who you are, what you’ve done, and how you think, you’ll stand out. Originality and concrete examples are far more compelling than generic statements.

After you apply
